Beit Shvidler’s beautiful hotel facility is an integral part of the Ohr Somayach’s Campus while enjoying its own domain. Furnished with exquisite taste and simple elegance, the building exudes a welcoming ambiance. Its luxurious accommodations offer guests the maximum in comfort and style. Close enough to the Yeshiva “Village” to absorb the energy and excitement of that institution, Beit Shvidler retains its individual character with the aid of a private garden encompassing the facility and setting it apart.
The centerpiece of Beit Shvidler’s elegant facility is “The Shul,” located on the second floor. It was designed and decorated by the world acclaimed synagogue artist, Mr. Ron Henig. The shul’s striking interior design heightens the aura of sanctity within its walls. All full-group presentations take place here, while Bet Shvidler’s library and lounges host workshops, lectures and other activities.
The Library provides an oasis of tranquility for roundtable discussions or for study and reflection. Its “Old World” furnishings and rich wooden bookcases generate a uniquely warm and studious atmosphere.
Beit Shvidler’s walls are adorned with pieces of Art painted by celebrated Master Artist Anatoly Barytinsky. Many of the pieces highlight selections from our daily prayers and the festivals that we celebrate throughout the year. The mixed media pieces reflect the vibrancy and diversity of both religious and artistic expression.
Beit Shvidler has become renowned for its hospitality. It regularly hosts classes and community programs, as well as visiting outreach groups and annual conferences.
Strolling beyond Beit Shvidler’s Gardens and grounds, you can explore the local Monsey attractions including a host of kosher restaurants, book and Judaica stores, clothing boutiques and other delightful shops and attractions sure to pique your interest.
